Getting a site Survey for your home wine Cellar

Once you have decided you would like to know more about a home wine cellar from Spiral Cellars, we will arrange for a site survey to be carried out to asses your options for wine storage in your home..

Our surveyor will visit your home (or meet with the architect and/or builder in the case of a new build home or extension) and assess the suitability of the property for the installation of your home wine cellar.

The surveyor will carry out a full technical assessment of the suitability of a home cellar installation, looking for drains; mains supply pipes and load bearing walls, as well as taking a note of room dimensions and your construction preferences.
