covered patio. We will work with you to obtain the necessary permits prior to

How should I prepare for the installation?
Prior to our arrival, please
ensure that the room is cleared of furniture and that carpet and wooden flooring
are free to be lifted. Leave driveways and adjacent parking clear to allow free
movement of our equipment. What are the payment terms?
A deposit will be taken when you place your order. This allows us to proceed with
engineering and permitting steps. Prior to your installation, we will require
an additional payment. Upon completion, we will visit to ensure you are 100% satisfied
with your Spiral Cellar. Final payment will be collected at that time. How
far in advance should I book an installation date?
