Climate control as standard

Every Spiral Cellar is equipped with an advanced water-cooled climate control system as standard. Powerful and reliable, it offers a stable environment suitable for long-term storage of even the most delicate of wines.

The system is discreetly housed within a concealed bin underneath the cellar steps and concealed behind a bespoke timber cover plate. It is connected to an external chiller unit, typically located in a plant room or garage sited within 12m of the cellar location.

Cooled water from the chiller is delivered to the cellar via pipework (non-visible) where it is used to cool the air. The cool air is then circulated throughout the cellar to keep it at the optimum storage temperature.

Our Soho wine cabinets feature integrated, water-cooled, climate control technology – cleverly concealed behind the upper fascia for a sleek, elegant appearance. As there is no requirement for an external chiller unit, the Soho offers fuss-free cellaring without compromising on storage conditions.
