A Spiral Cellars showcase will be opening in Dubai at the end of the year, with additional UAE showcases opening in 2026.

That’s thanks to Lucy Hargreaves & Mark Dickens, who firmly believe that owning a wine cellar is an expression of life and not simply an object to be purchased. Their passion for fine wine, fine food, great design and exceptional service is at the centre of everything we do.

Our story began in 1977 when George Harnois, our ‘père de la cave’ invented the first Spiral Cellar, inspired by a spiral staircase in the Pont du Gard aqueduct in southern France. Since taking the helm in 2004, Lucy has transformed Spiral Cellars into a world-leading international luxury lifestyle brand.

When you combine Lucy’s successful background in business and her keen eye for modern luxury with Mark’s international design flair, something amazing happened over that first shared decanter of Jaboulet Côte-Rôtie. Specialist expertise, real insight and creative inspiration mean that whether it’s a still-unique Spiral Cellar for a titan of industry or a bespoke design for royalty, they have the recipe to create experiences of true wine-led wonder.
